So we're buying a house.
My boyfriend and I, after the disaster have vowed never to live in an apartment again, so we're going through all the paperwork for financing for buying our own house.
It's in Oshawa. I can't drive. That should be...interesting. To say the least.
It's a three bedroom Tudor style semi-detached home with a huge yard and a workshop set up in this huge shed in the backyard.
The paint is horrible and there's no doors on any of the closets, but its ours. Or at least it will be, come November 14th. Hopefully earlier, money down deposit pending.

I have been going through my own quest to acquire a real home; but I've been having an awful time trying to get the various bank/loan people to actually work with me.
