I'm trying to decide if I really have anything to say. I'm coming up with no. *laughs*
I am going to the Pride Day Parade on Saturday! I'm hoping to see some of the other members of SGDC there. It ought to be a great experience if nothing else. It'll be my first year going. I intend to wear some of my lovely gay paraphenalia!
I'm also going to the Jewel concert on Thursday! I am sooooooo excited!!!!!!!!!!! I have been waiting to see Jewel in concert since I was like 12. Even though I won't actually be able to see her most likely since I'll be in the lawn seats way out in the boonies! *laughs* Oh well I
Jewel and as long as I can hear her I'm a happy camper!
On another totally happy note a lady that I work with won NIN tickets for the show at Nissan Pavillion on the 13th. She didn't even know who NIN was and neither did her daughter who also works with me. So they agreed to give ME the tickets! So now I'm going to the NIN concert!
On the subject of work. I got a promotion! I'm going to be a checkout coach! Checkout coaches are basically supervisors of the cashiers and baggers. It comes with a raise! I like rasises. There is also talk of training me in the cash office so that I can fill in there if need be. I like feeling like people trust me and think that I'm responsible. I just hope I live up to their expectations. I've been at Martins since Jan. '05 and I've been behind customer service since April '05. I've also fully taken on the cigarette order and have been training cashiers for months and months. So I think I deserve a promotion and raise.
On a sad note the Dresden Dolls concert is sold out...
However, I am still thinking about going to the Ani concert. I just have to figure out if I have enough money... money is hard to come by. 
Oh well. This summer rocks hardcore!
