Well the summer is all down here from here. I just got back from a week at the beach in North Carolina. It had a more residential feel as opposed to places like Ocean City or Myrtle beach. It was very enjoyable in that regard. There were some bad parts. It was mid-90s and humid the whole week. It was still a good get away.
Prior to that I was at Indiana University for a seminar. It was the best I have ever attended by far. I like my line of work and that seminar helped. It was the jolt I needed to get geared up for the fall semester. It will not be too long now until these halls are full and loud again.
I feel like that is kind of the end of my summer though. I know I have tickets to go see Projekt Revolution in Cleveland as well as Warped there. I also go to Erie this weekend and play in a golf tournament. Still it is time to really crack down on work and be prepared for all the students to come back.
Oh I won about $100 at the casino on Saturday (I was up more than that). I also went to help my friend with church bingo last night and won $75. Thats real nice luck I have had. Maybe I should go back to the casino.
