(...)"Live(s)" is a live recording of the show in Belgium that took place on the 17th of February, 2006. I cannot evaluate the live DVD (Nantes, the 2nd of June, 2006), which has a slightly different set list, but the atmosphere, mood and energy of the live CD give a fine impression: live performances of AqME seem to be very enjoyable.


Songs of AqME are often dark or dejected, and always mature and sensitive. "Live(s)" is an entrance to an inferno of the finest French metal songs. The set list and production is perfectly calibrated. Classical songs of the three previous AqME albums take turns with catchy sing-along tunes. The quality of production is clear and high: the mood swings of the live performance in Brussels show to full advantage. The listener can just feel the energy and imagine the atmosphere of the Ancienne Belgique-concert room on that evening in February 2006.(...)
