re: journals... they only stay up to date if you do a fresh journal (by putting stuff in the main box in your 'Edit Preferences' section), and you're sposed to reply in other people's journals if they speak in yours. If you want to. Though I guess nothing's compulsory.

I think I was spamming from Day One, though I learned not to do it too often, especially not in SGUK.
