re: journals... they only stay up to date if you do a fresh journal (by putting stuff in the main box in your 'Edit Preferences' section), and you're sposed to reply in other people's journals if they speak in yours. If you want to. Though I guess nothing's compulsory.
Dont worry, it took me a while to get the hang of it too.

I think I was spamming from Day One, though I learned not to do it too often, especially not in SGUK.

Ant,I don't get this. I just went to edit preferences,found the button that said "New entry",typed a load of stuff,then pressed it and everything cleared and now I'm back here again.I'm in "labyrinth"!
