Journal, journal, I've been neglecting you as of late. Anytime I've had the motivation to come in here and write a new one recently, suddenly it all disappears and I realise all the exciting things I was going to share were probably actually dreams,cruelly stolen from my memory as soon as I've been awake for more than 10 seconds. That's why there hasn't been so many words recently. Motivation is however, slowly coming back in other ways. I've been making a lot of effort to take my camera around when I can and I've also started on a new Lp, "Soundtrack to Portal girls". You may or may not remember aeon's ago I posted a proposed film script I had been working on, a film called "Portal girls" which isn't going to be made anytime soon. However, I did enjoy the concept and got as far as making some art for it. I've now decided to do the soundtrack for it too. There is some twisted pleasure in having a soundtrack for a non existant film. It's going slowly, but surely. I thought it would be fun to name the tracks in the manner of those film soundtrack cd's you see where the tracks are named after events in the film. So I will have tracks such as "Silna contemplates buying something from a table of curiosities", "Melmkelp starts to get increasingly worried about her sister's safe return" and "Silna's arm implant starts to pulse".
Those aren't final titles by any means but it should be fun. : )

Next month I find out if the nocturnal seizure I had means I'm epileptic or if I just thought it would be fun to beat the hell out of myself while asleep and it was a one off sleep walking incident. I've had no repeat seizure or indeed any waking up in strange locations covered in blood which is a relief. Hopefully it will turn out to be just a little dream walk and not twisted synapses.

This cascade in the river was the scene of a sad incident. A duck ( A mallard) and her 7 ducklings swam up to it and she was teaching them how to go down it. It was funny to watch them slide down the side. Then seconds later a large black backed gull swooped down, grabbed one of the chicks and flew off. It was really upsetting to watch.
