So I DID IT!!! The 5k was this morning. I finished my first 5k in 32:37...pretty damn good for someone who has never done one before and never liked to run. thanks, my brother actually has the program and i used to use it all the time in college, love it, was looking for a free download if there was one, when i had my dell i used irfanview, they dont have it for mac though,, thanks do u use mac or pc?
