I'm so looking forward to the return of ME...yes, I have apparently been away in some distant land while this shell has changed a bit and needs some work. So, I am starting back on my running program which will kick my ass I am sure!

Don't get me wrong I love my curves but I want to feel healthy and energized...right now I don't! So, I suppose being single this time around I will only be getting my much needed cardio workout from one particular avenue...lol Damnit!

I wanted to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving, as after today I am sure the rest of the week will be spent with the family.
