Oh man, are you all as excited for the Sin City movie as I am? It looks fucking amazing, and I just finished reading the Yellow Bastard series. I can't believe hottie Nick Stahl will be playing Junior, it just doesn't seem right. whatever
Anyway, between that and reading The Watchmen (which is slow going with all my classwork, but its just as amazing as everyone says) I just sort of want to dress up like a superhero and leap from tall buildings. Hmmmm..... wink

Sin City looks like precisely the sort of thing I've been yearning for whimsically for years, right after the moment I discovered the seam-stockinged venetian-blinded chain-smoking monochromatic joys of film noir. If you've seen the opening part of the trailer - the blacks and whites and greys tinged with blood reds - and that wonderfully Raymond Chandlerish voice-over... Fu-uck.

Hell yeah, I've watched the trailer like 80 times.

So I might be back OC way for Ron DiCenzo's retirement. If you are around, we will have to Feve it! Or whatever it is the kids do these days.
