Impulse control, I do not have. As evidenced by the $1600 shopping spree that our Ikea 'window shopping' trip turned into. However, it's some seriously wicked stuff. It makes me happy, and happy is good, so thus impulse is good, right? We'll go with that.

I have determined that Christmas tunes are seriously weird background music at times. Who'd a thought?

School is kicking my ass in a serious fashion at the moment. I really should have taken the semester off...I've been in school of some sort since I was 3, and I haven't taken a semester off (including summers) since I started at UBC. I'm just plain worn out.

In the good news portion of this post, in only a short time, 2 happy things are occuring in less than a day of each other - the end of 1st semester classes and MOVING DAY! Burn_bomb and I have only 18 days until we take up residence in that lovely dishwasher and ensuite having duplex...mmmm, joy. Speaking of joy, the place (being resided in by myself) will be extensively decorated for the season. Christmas is only 42 days away

In other news, I'm waiting to hear back from a couple of emails, and then we'll see what we'll see...
