We paid the damage deposit!!! Well, part of it, all we could scrounge up by last night, but the place is ours! A beautiful brand new duplex just north of the 49 bus line to campus...and it has an ensuite to the master bedroom, and a DISHWASHER! Happiness is...

burn_bomb and I spent some considerably happy time last night and this morning perusing the Ikea site. On the shopping list so far are:

I'm terribly excited, you see We move in December 1st, so now it's on to packing and reserving the U-haul...and convincing the parents to lend me $600 for furniture until the student loan comes in January.

Ah yes, the new tattoo's posted somewhere in my pictures folder, should you be interested. I think I will get it coloured in after all. Now, of course, I'm getting more ambitious, and planning a lovely side piece. We'll see.

I think I saw an SG on the bus today...but I could just be imagining things, as I was still un-caffeinated. But I swear I overheard something site-related over my headphones...hmm. Ah well!
