On a hill not too far from here, there is an outcrop of rocks with tonal qualities.

If you bang on 'em just so they make cool sounds. When it's hot they sound kind of glassy. And when it rains, they have a muted vibes-like sound. At night, rattlers sometimes sit there and warm themselves. Local Indian lore supposes that nefarious "little people" live in...

You should have said "I let her live" not "them". The guy didn't say anything bad about you, only the girl, but then again... if you had killed her you should finish him too so he wouldn't speak tongue
People like that are everywere and they are alot. I hate them too. Making fun and insulting others with no reason!

SPOILERS! (Click to view)
Anyway, thanks for what you said for me in the cos members threat by the way. You sound very expirienced. Maby shes right, I don't know, but she shure sounded mean smile

You should borrow some of these rocks and keep them in your house. You never know when youre gona need them wink

Crazy backward alphabet dreams aren't allowing for much restful sleep.

I shuffle outside and onto the porch steps at about 6 AM, half-asleep-walking, I'm not aware of what's going on. I drift in and out. Sometimes my legs kick out spasmodically, a fucking riverdance to nowhere. I can't quite keep my head from flopping side to side, freakish and voodoo-like.

Trying to sneak out of...

I've arrived at a point where the only way I can stand the city is if I stay loaded.

I don't consider this a weakness per se. It's more like a handicap that equalizes all competitor's chances of winning. I must mentally stoop to the same level as the most twisted and cruel individual I will probably cross paths with. Yes, even if that creature...

"My Tribulation at Charleston's..."

I partook of the Giant Chicken-fried Steak of Death.

I chuckled at the Commode of Contrition.

Then I prepensed the Jenny Craig Program.

And finally, I was made wiser by the Kaopectate of Rapper's Delight.

They were gonna make me a major for this,
and I wasn't even in their fuckin' army anymore.

Arizona.

Shit.

I'm still only in Arizona.

Every time I think I'm gonna wake up back in Charleston's...

"Isn't she beautiful?" ...RJ asked me, in a hushed voice quivering with awe.

I like cats, but this thing had a face that begged my fist to punch it.

It was a fat cat, with a fat pushed-in face, it was the ugliest cat I'd ever seen, "purebred with papers", or so RJ claimed. RJ used to live with my Dad back in the 20th...

Heartbreaking stuff.

I'm nearly in tears. In fact, I am now.

No shit.

And no offense-- I love your writing-- but some of this stuff should come with a warning.

If you go to the Grand Canyon... DON'T attempt to take a piss into it.

The thermal updraft may result in a golden shower of your own making.

Cool!
scheisskopf:
Believe it or not, I actually did that in 1989. I fact, I believe several groups of Japanese and German tourists took home pictures of me doing it as souvenirs. No backsplash for me, though, fortunately.

Do you have some personal experience with this, yourself?

It's so damn beautiful today, it's blinding me.

It's a good day for Banana Daiquirs.

I'll think about quitting drinking tomorrow.

scheisskopf:
Yes, we have no bananas.

Unsolicited advice is definitely a mind bullet.

"Neighbor X" stopped by the ranch today, he's an old alcoholic WW II veteran who's still pissed off at Japan. When I saw him driving up I tried to "play dead", I turned off the stereo and hid in the bathroom. He walked in, sat down in my easy chair and started talking to me anyway.

He comes...

What kind of a mindfuck is that, anyway? Who needs that shit?

Nicely put. smile

It's a subject that, although I don't dedicate a large amount of attention to, it still lingers in the small corners of my mind. More so lately. So many synchronicities, changes (internal and external), "new" people (strangely familiar), and most of important of all, I feel like I'm a little bit more in control (because I believe, something that many people have not learned yet...) of my reality-tunnel, as compared to before, thanks to what feels like my third eyelid being opened just a schmidge more. How have things been going for you??? How's the bass treating you?
