This isn't news, but I've been away for quite some time.

I lost a couple of groups... that shit has happened to me once before on this site, it's not a big deal.
I expect someone else will probably start up something similar to those groups in the future as there are only a finite number of ideas out there. History rhymes, etc. -you know the deal.

My best friend got me hooked on youtube. Yeah, I know how stupid that must sound. What's more stupid is that I've been considering jumping on the vlog bandwagon, such is the inspirational power of My Drunk Kitchen. I am in no way photogenic but I am weird as hell.

Besides whiling away the day watching youtube I've been trying to write some original music for the band I started with my aforementioned best friend, and his wife and daughter (wtf?). This time around I am the bassist. Although if things go according to plan we could rotate instruments and I'll get to play guitar and drums as well. Oh man, reading that... it can't possibly work out.


Still, it feels good to have ambition to perform again.
