It turns out I'm not supposed to chase my meds with any drink that contains citric acid.
The side effect is headache plus delirium. It took me almost two weeks to figure that out.
The headaches were fucking me up. I don't mind the delirium.
Having a pain free day really makes you appreciate... um... not being in pain.

I had a medicine you weren't supposed to take with anything that had citric acid, but all it did if I combined the two was dry my throat out.
