Y'know that trick where you put a CD in the microwave, turn it on, and it creates a cool-looking little light show? Don't do that. Or more specifically, don't do that while you're bored, pissed off, and a little tipsy from drinking tequila at 9 o' clock in the morning. But if you do...
Put something under the CD.
The fucking thing will melt...!
Although if worse comes to worse, be assured that your microwave will still function with a hole in the bottom of it. I looked it up, and the microwaves are too long to shoot out of the hole and render your kitchen a radioactive wasteland.

Cool photograph - maybe it's worth destroying the occasional microwave in order to produce the fractured CD necessary for such a picture!
