Myself and Fred (my golfball sized ovarian cyst) are doing fine. My left ovary hurts, and just feels uncomfortable. I blame Fred.

Well you are attached to Fred, there is no doubt of that. I suspect they will get him off you in about 2 or 3 weeks. Yes, he can grow bigger, but they can rupture too, and definitely getting them off is a good thing.
