There were these signs up that read something along the lines of "Great apartment deals south of Canal St. 80 miles south. Move to Philadelphia!" I seriously think it worked.
And you are too a lucky lady! You have a great husband, your health (at least cool drugs to take when you're not feeling good), and you never stepped on a land mind.
Seriously, things can only get better from here.
