Quick update since I need to get to work.
The second interview was ok. Not great, more ok. I didn't have the instance connection I did with this rep like I did with the other one (who is her boss, so maybe that will help?) I got someone in the seat, I showed her tons of products, even got the second opinion of the rep on some things, and the woman ended up buying three things. Good you'd think, right? Not quite. She was happy, but since I opted for an early meeting it seemed pointless to hang out longer and sit someone else down. She seemed kind of put off that I had chosen 10am, even though I did have a job to go to afterwards. I don't know. It was weird. I bought two things, because, I'm there anyway, and before I left she said "someone will get in touch with you". Nothing specific, nothing detailed, normally meaning "go to hell". Its normally the kiss of death. Something they tell you when they want to say no chance in hell but can't. I'm hoping this wasn't the actual meaning....but I'm not optimistic. I was all jived and excited now I'm just....bummed.
I hate when it comes down to personalities clicking. It seems so stupid, you know? If I'm a good worker I'm a good worker. Thats it. Blah.
I'll post about the holiday weekend later. I just felt like talking about my interview, and since I'm in a empty house I need to put my thoughts somewhere.
