My brain is fried....its been a really long week. Whats today? Fuck...its not Friday yet....grrrrr...

But...I do have a few things that have kept me smiling:

- dogs in sweaters. Always cute.

- Lace weight silk, hand-dyed. We've been waiting...drooling...for months and months. It came in. Brightest damn pink. I'm making the sample for the store, which I'm sure will make our clients green with envy. If I love the stuff I get a free skein and the left over from this one. Quite a nice thing...since the stuff retails for $52 a skein. I'm crossing my fingers that I fall in love with the stuff.

- New Anne came in. My hands down, all time favorite lace yarn. Well...a bit heavier then that, more like sock weight. The stuff is hand-dyed so no two skeins will ever be the same. Its superwash merino, mohair and nylon. It knits lace like a dream. I have about 5 on hold for myself....I have over 10 at home. I am a serious collector of the stuff. Its sick....SICK!!! But if pictures did it justice, and I put one up, everyone would understand why.

- Lately I've been really into purple. All I want is purple. Tons and tons of it. Its making me weirdly excited just to look at the damn color

- chocolate. Snickerdoodle cookies. I love both, and have had both this week.

- Tommorrow is finally Friday. Thank fucking god!!!!

- Only one more week of this stupid year. Then alcohol in mass quantities!!!
