What's the best/scariest/most interesting 'internet rabbithole' you have found?
I find myself in some STRANGE places on the internet pretty regularly. I love reading, and I really love researching things.. even if the subject in no way whatsoever relates to my life (as I've found out)
I'm going to go ahead and tell you about the weirdest rabbit hole I've found myself down. For those of you who keep up with me, you know that I have pretty severe endometriosis, and because of that, over time, I've lost my overies, fallopian tubes, and then just a couple weeks ago finally had a total hysterectomy. So as you can probably figure out.. there will be no kids in my future. So I think the rabbit hole I found myself down one day is prettyyy funny. I have no CLUE how I ended up there, but I found myself in a very intense thread about carseat safety and the proper length to keep your child rear-facing in their carseat. I read comment after comment for hours and now I will forever know when I see a photo of someone's child in their carseat, if they are not properly secured haha. This knowledge is SO USELESS for me.. But hey, that's like a pretty large majority of the things I know anyways.
Now, the most INTERESTING rabbit hole I've found myself down.. I just have to say one name. Jon Bennet Ramsey. I got sucked in DEEP on this one! This didn't just involve the internet, it also led me to download every single documentary and even the Lifetime movie about the case. I spent about 48 hours straight researching everything about the Ramsey case. I just find everything about it so interesting and can not BELIEVE the family got away with it (they were all guilty as HELL!!!!) I could discuss this topic for hours and I'm WAY too passionate about it haha.. I totally think the brother did it, the father moved the body, and the whole family covered for each other! If you were into this case, I'd love to hear your opinions on it!!!
