WOW! In the gym again, and I realize I have so much work to do to get back to where I was seven years ago. I was working my shoulders and chest today, and it was depressing to see how low I had to put the weight to be able to do reps. I was pushing 60-80! FUCK! I used to do that for my warm-ups!
I am feeling good though, and my pills arrived today so I can start the real course my doctor set out for me.

Work was o.k., the guys yesterday fucked the dog so we had extra work to do, but we managed to get it done with a little time to spare, and we had a good time in the process.

Getting totally stoked for the party on the 18th... fuck I can't wait! I hope I find a hot little babe to whip for the night, that would make my month!

All is the same on the Alvina front, she is still off SG, and still avoiding me, sleeping with "the Captain" and using the sex toys I bought for US with him instead... O.K. I am a little bitter about that but meh, nothing I can do about it so moving on.

Ommadon has been super affectionate since Krykkytt left the house. He even comes out to play all the time now. I guess Krykkytt was just meaner than I realized to him. Poor Omi.

I don't really have much to say today, so I am gonna close this sucker down now.
