While you still have your pro account ... since Flickr has an open API ... there are free applications that will allow you to back up / re-download all your photos. Flickr Edit looks like one such tool.
Edit - ok that one didn't work for me. If you need one, let me know. I started writing some Flickr API tools a while back and never finished.
