ten hour days just kick my ass
i dont mind getting paid overtime, its just painful is all
my damn feet are killing me, i need a new job

ive had songs from this album in my head all day
dont ask why, my brain is crazy like that

this whole week ive been on this late 70's punk kick
listening to the NoThanks! box set
its a four disc collection of punk and rock from the 70's thru the early eighties.
good stuff from richard hell, stooges, the saints, ramones, clash, buzzcocks, the damned, joy division, dead kennedys, stiff little fingers, new york dolls...etc.

i acquired a hell of lot of music while my brother was visiting
he gave me a dvd with tons of mp3s, like every iron maiden album and the essential ac/dc, motorhead, black sabbath, slayer, stooges, hawkwind collections
ive had my own copies on cd, but they have disappeared over the years. so it pays to have a generous brother who's obsessed with collecting music.
