Ooh, I'm looking forward to this weekend! Tomorrow a couple of Colin's friends are coming in from Halifax. Women too, haha thank God, most of Colin's parties are big sausage-fests, though I don't mind. Listening to music, getting drunk and playing video games is ALWAYS fun... no matter what haha. Plus they're awesome guys. It's so much more fun to hang out with all boys or all girls! Boo for mixing.

Today I am pretty sure I damn near failed my Aural Skills quiz. Oh well... it's only worth 2%. I also spent a million hours doing an assignment on Mendelssohn's "Overture to a Midsummer Night's Dream" and Penderecki's "Threnody for the Victim's of Hiroshima"... which is a really cool, powerful piece if you're into classical music. Just don't expect tonality... it's dissonant as shit. Pretty hard to take. Ballsy, though.

Friday tomorrow!!! Thank God... by the end of the week I'm pretty dragged out. I still have a million things to do, between laundry, paying my mom back for my tuition, picking a new repetoire piece and finding an accompanist.

Ugh... Barbra Streisand on Primetime Thursday. I'm serious, I hate this woman. Why do people worship her so much? I can handle a lot of music, but she puts me to sleep. Her music isn't even interesting from an "I don't like this but I see what they're doing there" standpoint. Ew... barbra. Changing the channel.... now. Ooh Kanye west! Here we go!
