So, its a new day, a new moment, for a new beginning. Yesterday my eyes were open, and today my path is clear. I woke up with this poem in my head. It helped me, I hope you enjoy it.. 
Free Bird
I am a free bird
flying where I want,
never worrying whether I will eat or not.
I come and go
as I please,
being a free bird
sets my mind at ease.
Some try to tame me,
put me in a cage.
This makes me upset
and sends me into rage.
But sometimes freedom must sit idly by,
waiting for the time
to again spread my wings and fly.
As I go I hold no hate, anger, or rage,
because I've learned that feeling this
keeps me in that cage.
You can lock me up, cage me, or tie me in ropes,
beat me, and kill me,
but this won't change the course.
Strength comes from within
and power in many forms,
this is true with freedom,
and my freedom is not yours.
So I go and spread my wings
flying once again.
Feeling the breeze on my face for
freedom has no end.
