I've been so stressed out about getting my visa sorted to go to move to the UK in the fall. I have plenty of people trying to help me, but its still really hard to get answers.
My situation is that I'm going over for a year or two to do a tattoo apprenticeship. Unfortunately for me the UK is harder to immigrate to than the US. And a tattoo apprenticeship doesn't seem to fall under anything on the gov.uk site.
I'm not eligible for T1, T2 requires a sponsor and while my friends mom said she was able to do this for me I somehow have to prove I'll be making 20,000 GBP, which seems nearly impossible on a part time job. (I just need money to feed myself/live off of since apprenticeships are unpaid. T3 no longer exists, T4 is a student visa, which could work if I enroll in a class at a approved uni. T5 is temporary workers which again requires a work sponsorship.
There are no consulates nearby, so I cannot talk to anyone in person about this.
I just feel overwhelmingly stressed out about this to the point where I can hardly focus on anything at my current job.
September is getting closer and closer.
