I was correct. Something good did happen today! I got an email from my friend sarah, who just moved to SF from Boston. YAYYYYY! This makes DJ happy.

In other news, I hate my roommates girlfriend.

And yes, i'm aware of the weight of the word. I HATE her.

Here's an excerpt from my conversation with malloreigh about it:

[17:54] AphexPlotz: she treats my best friend like utter shit, and he still waits on her hand and foot
[17:54] AphexPlotz: so sad
[17:55] AphexPlotz: its always something new too
[17:55] AphexPlotz: like, just a few minutes ago I go out in the kitchen and ask if kevin is going out (ignoring her) she answers for him and says yes, but not to my bar
[17:56] AphexPlotz: so i ask why, and she answers because we kicked her out for being too drunk
[17:56] AphexPlotz: now, just for background, she's one of the single worst, violent, abusive drunks i've ever seen... and i work in a bar
[17:57] AphexPlotz: so i tell her its nothing personal, we kick out about 20-30 people a night, but she insists that it is personal, and she's preventing HIM from coming out with me there anymore, and she's going to try to badmouth the bar to everyone else she sees


GRRR! Anyway, I'm going to get ready and go out to my bar. Tomorrow is St. Patty's Day, one of our biggest days of the year. I'm getting to work at 7:30 AM and working pretty much all day serving crazy people wearing green. Joy. Hey, at least i'll celebrate tonight in peace.
