I made the spiciest stir fry ever last night.
Udon noodles: 10 oz or so
15 or so Crimini mushrooms: quartered
One small block extra firm tofu: cubed
One Red bell pepper, sliced in to thin strips
Two small red potatos, cubed.
A healthy amount of sesame seed oil
One pinch dried red pepper flakes
One shitloadSzechwan spiced soy sauce
One shitload Ya Lu chili oil
AND!
One jabanero pepper.
Server over white rice, and let your mouth go numb.
God damn it was good.

Spicy food is SO good, but I am a wimp, and I can hardly eat spicy food... I'll take like one or two bites, and say "ohhh that's delicious" and then two seconds later I'm freaking out cuz it's too hot!!
