**News Flash**
Moving still sucks!!!
I am finally into the new apartment, and now my crap is EVERYWHERE. How dare I have so much shit.. Seriously, who needs this much shit??!!
The next time I move it will be because I won the lottery and I will buy all brand new stuff.. I'm never packing again.

**Funny story about the moving truck**
I got a call from the Uhaul place about 20 minutes before we were supposed to pick it up and the guy's like "Oh yeah, by the way, you have to have it back by 1 pm." HA HA. I laughed at him for that, and to make a long story short, we got it for 24 hours like our 3-week old reservation stated, however if we brought it back by 4:30 we could get a $5 credit. Woo-freakin-hoo, $5 is not enough incentive to quadruply-bust my ass moving. At 5 pm the fucker called us back and threatened to call the cops if we didnt bring the truck back immediately, since we were supposed to have it back by 4:30. My roomie didnt take that sitting down.. she yelled at him for 30 minutes about how we have it for the whole day, he told us so... blah blah blah.. and then HE said: "He didnt care what he told us earlier." Yeah, it was not a fun experience. blackeyed

**Current state of life**
So now all my stuff is piled up everywhere around me, and Hurricane Frances is going to come and knock everything down. Just what I need. surreal

I had a similar incident with U-Haul. Made a reservation to use one of their trucks, someone from their office called to confirm the reservation the week before, didn't mark it in the computer, so they gave my reservation to someone else. Didn't find this out until I showed up to pick up the truck. They claim that they called to confirm the reservation but couldn't get ahold of me. I forced them to get me a truck, but they told me I had to have it back by 2pm. I told them they'd be lucky if I did, and if I didn't there was no way I was going to pay a late charge for their mistake. I've stopped using U-Haul since then.

OOH GOD! U-haul. I have had the WORST experiences with Uhaul. I had to fight them for three weeks to get my deposit back (and hotel money cause I was stranded) after their truck broke down and came in late and my cash deposit was mailed back to them. They would bounce me back and forth tell me South Carolina was supposed to handle it because thats where I picked up the truck. Then SC would tell me no North Carolina was supposed to handle it because that is where I dropped it off. No one would accept responsibility, there is no way to speak to anyone higher up in the company, and the uhauls in different states dont seem to be very related. Then they wanted me to wait for it to come in the mail. It was mailed to the wrong address and never came. THEN they told me they had to wait for it to come back to them so they could cancel the check and mail it back to me, blah, blah, blah. It was helllll. Round and Round. Long story short, I had to threaten to sue them to get anything done about my money. The worst was it all happened because their old ass truck broke down which had NOTHING to do with me. They gave me a measly forty bucks for my troubles (on top of what they owed me). I HATE uhaul. mad
