Back at school, sort of. . .

I haven't really found a groove yet. There's readings and lectures and screenings and all that, but I'm not sure how really there I am.

I think Capitalism and Democracy is going to be okay, although I stand by my earlier assessment that the class is filled with Biz students. That's cool, I'll just shock 'n awe 'em with some cultural Marxism.

Actually, I probably wont speak much in class. Being older than everyone else draws a lot of attention.

It's been forever since I discovered a new band that I really, really like. Do I hate music? Or am I too old to like new music?

I'm reading Bob Woodward's Plan of Attack right now, and it's really good. He's a journalistic icon, thats a given. But who knew he could complile such a rich, deep report that reads better than most spy novels?
If you're at all insterested in how the Bush White House works and thinks, pick it up. Also, to my surprise, President Bush coming off as thoughtful and intelligent. At least, so far.
