apparently my membership doesn't cancel until the end of the billing period.

i plan on reactivating in another couple or months or so. . but i'm not so good at avoiding distractions without taking drastic measures.

in case you're wondering.. things are going okay.. i'm slowly plowing through a tonne of work. currently on a self-approved break from my pop-music paper on fugazi. i was planning on doing a paper on the clash, but all of the materials from the library had been hi-jacked by some non-returning-after-due-date-even-after-they-were-recalled jack-ass.

i call her/him the hi-jack-ass.

so i sat in the pop-culture section of the music library and found a buncha books on DC punk, american punk in the 80s and stuff. it's going fine.

my staunch support of apathy tends to butt heads with fugazi's pro-active-ness. oh, well. i like their music.. and you have to be open to new ideas in college, right?
