so im sitting at my uncles house and i get a call on my cell "caller unknown" im like ok "hello"

"congradulations illinois resisdent you have just won something something something"
i hung up after that but what i dont get is ive never even been to illinois why am i getting calls for living there??? time to shoot stupid peoples computers....
