... I have always been incredibly lazy about doing exercise like cardio or running. However, I have done yoga in my room casually since I was about 16.
... so I would say I have become reasonably flexible. When I was young and at all boys college (high school) I used to feel really self-conscious about it being stereotypically feminine or whatever but haven't give a crap for some years. I have always loved the relief it brings. Taking these photos was an absolute mission so my form is off, and I couldn't do any of the really hard yoga poses requiring both hands. Maybe next time once I figure it out. Ok, time for a nap.

@Theslowrunner Thanks man, and definitely recommend having a crack at it. Its funny though, because it didn't feel like hard work, it just became a bit of a habit. Admittedly never really pushed myself as hard as one probably would do in a yoga class/lots of good instruction material online.

Yeah, there was a routine that I had that was Hatha. I did it a couple of times but I found I enjoyed running and weightlifting more. My muscle are starting to get stiff and I really do need to expand stretching. You got anything you suggest I start out with?
