Blog Homework: Standing for Beliefs

Each of us has the inner spirit of freedom. And while your freedom does not violate another's one, you are free to do what you really want, and achieve new goals and peaks on your way to yourself. The same goes for what we believe. No, not what we adhere to only because it is so much more profitable or better in this or that situation (or society). I'm talking about a deep inner sense of truth. Truth, which has many faces, names and roads, but which has one essence.
In my subjective opinion, one may chose sharing his or her political, gender, religious and other (like that) views swhile considering what to write about the new topic @rambo and @missy have prepared. But aren't all these "titles" just sides of one and only inner reflections onto the "outer" world? There are too many different circumstances. And to react to each means to lose precious life time (and this time, perhaps, again, exists only in our imagination). I can not say to which faith or religion I belong. I can not explain my racial biases. Just like I can not define my political views. All this is only a convention that varies depending on time, environment and place.

But there is something that remains unchanged. This is something ... for now ... I call freedom. Freedom of choice and action. Freedom of taste and sight. Of course, you should not confuse freedom with permissiveness, since the first goes more from harmony and awareness, while permissiveness, in my opinion, is a reflection of a spoiled ego. This or that religion, political or sexual orientation, art form and even the food we eat can only partially reflect what we are. Therefore, I do not like to be exclusively within such framework. I prefer inner freedom. The one to which those who are trying to take away and live for them aspire. The one in the silence of which we can hear the inner voice. And, perhaps, for someone it will be the voice of God. But in fact ... who knows, maybe we are that same divine reflection? ..

P.S. The task question was how am I stand for what I believe in. I'll answer in one word. I believe. or, to be more correct, I am sure. Without imposing on others their views or disputes. I prefer to share opinions. After all, I am confident of my opinion, and I do not need to prove or dispute it in order to remain confident.
