I am a happy, happy Aoife.
1. Mr. Steve and the little one came by to visit me at the shop on Saturday, putting a smile on my face that lasted through two shit-tastic days at work. And my sister is going to take some pictures of the two of them for new ads for the bike shop. Yeah, that's right..
2. Tomorrow is my day OFF and I get to spend it with Mike, who returned from Iraq a month ago, unharmed (mostly, aside from whatever psychological damage he might have) and is in charleston for a day with me.
3. When I return from Charleston, I get to curl up with Steve, who hopefully is having a good night and knows I care about him, so we can bitch about John Roberts and Karl Rove and make out like teenagers. Yep.
4. Oh, and I put a deposit down on some more tattoo work, and the guy is going to draw something up for me. Whee!
5. My sister and I spent a bit of time discussing how we could make Savannah cool. It should be cooler than it is, really. I mean, it's cheap and full of historical buildings and fun stuff and a huge art school. It's right on I-95, so it would be easy for bands to stop there on tours, but yet somehow there are no good shows and it's just rapidly gentrifying. Still, some of those neighborhoods are so tempting...
6. Bought T.Rex Electric Warrior and The Very Best of Prince tonight.
