I'm really not into self-pity. Seriously. I don't find that an effective way of dealing with problems. Wallowing in it really doesn't help, unless I'm trying to write it out.

Today, however, I just don't feel like going out. Did some errands, sat at the coffee shop and worked on some GRE math (why must I learn math again to apply to film schools, O graduate education gods?), and talked to Kacie, and now I'm watching a movie and going to go to sleep.

Tomorrow's my day off, and I'm getting a haircut and doing some thrift-shopping and riding my bike and writing. Maybe going to catch a movie--a new one, or Sin City again, who knows.

I want to be more social, but I spend all week working around people so by the time I get time off, all I want to do is hide.
