Somebody tell me to calm down. I am stressing out so much I think I will literally explode if Bush wins.
I am scared shitless because: the two states it most likely will come down to are Ohio and Florida. And we all know about Florida, and Ohio has those lovely Diebold voting machines that don't give you any proof that your vote was registered the way you wanted it to be.
In other words: if Bush wins, we know it's rigged.
Fucking vote, people. There are no excuses this time around. I spent all morning between coughs and sneezes calling Kerry supporters to make sure they're voting and standing on a street corner waving a Kerry sign. I'll be up at 6 AM tomorrow and working all day to make sure people get to the polls, and then sitting in front of the TV biting my nails and screaming.
I will need serious therapy if we lose.
But we won't. Because all those polls are of "likely voters," meaning people who voted last time. That doesn't count the thousands upon thousands who've registered since then, whether it's because of PunkVoter or P. Diddy, MoveOn or Michael Moore.
I asked someone who made a rude gesture at me while I was holding a sign why I should support Bush. He stared at me vacantly for a second, then said "You're still alive."
I am, but thousands are not, expressly because of the policies of this President.

And yeah, you are way too wound up. You need to learn to meditate or something before you start having health issues from stress and anxiety.
