Things I've Learned in the Last Few Days:
1. Sex is good for my skin.
2. You can definitely adjust to less sleep for a good reason.
3. People who go to Europe come back with rad style.
4. The Squid and the Whale is fucking brilliant.
5. I have very little control over what happens in my life most of the time, but what I can do is make sure I do my absolute best at everything I do in the meantime and hope it all works out.
6. boundcreature makes a great mix CD.
7. I think I'm going to get my tattoos colored. It seems like almost as big a jump for me as getting the first one. Next thing you know, I'm going to look "like a crayola box threw up on my arm," as one of the guys at my shop said.
8. iPods are rad. The Shuffle feature is better. My iPod started me off the other morning with "Girls, Girls, Girls." What better way to start your day?

Yes. And to think a year ago I refused to dance for fear of looking like an idiot. Now I do it regardless of who or what's around me, and at times, for no reason at all.
Of course. Best music to dance to. Late/post-punk, new wave, electro-clash, synth-pop? It's all in there.

I wholeheartedly agree with you and sapphic_plastic on #6. Just from listening to his mix CDs he's given me and his personal suggestions, my CD collection has grown considerably.
