you know when you go to a gathering expecting to just hang out with a bunch of people, laugh a lot, cringe some, and generally enjoy yourself?

i love when that works out.

you know when you go to said party and you end up holing up with someone else that you just met and you lose all track of time and anyone else that tries to join your duprass because you are so completely lost in the conversation?

that is what wins, every time.

i've been doing a lot of filtering of my life lately, and it has been making me exponentially happier. i don't even know what to do with myself anymore. i'm already reminiscent about the last couple of weeks, and i'm still looking forward to everything that's about to happen.

concerts, comedy, music, movies, conversations, people, making out, parties, gatherings, friends, snow, warmth, good food, travel.

meeting people who it is impossible to describe and not sound like you are making a laundry list of cool.

i'm completely going to lose any hardcore-ness that i had being this giddy all the time. just keep staring at that photo and remember i will completely kick your ass if you step out of line.
