so, life seems to be doing okay.
housemates are coming back into town in about an hour, the place is clean, i had a fun filled day of hanging out with people that are fun to hang out with while recovering from the festivities, and i found an awesome einstrzende movie for $6.
looks like i might be going to watch bubba ho-tep monday (today) as well, so drop a line if you want to join.
this seems to be the time of year that everyone is talking about relationships. people are pairing up with that person they want to cuddle up with for warmth while they watch movies, staying in from the cold. we are nearing the end of the warm days, and single people begin sensing that the summer is growing to a close and they might have to cuddle up with some bon bons while they watch super troopers for the 47th time. people get depressed, and start talking about what they need out of a person, what their standards are.
it all seems so kneejerk to me. it seems that if you are on a safari with a checklist, you are going to miss all of the best views and wildlife while fiercely trying to find that next item.

Yeah PWEI rule, I keep hoping they'll do a reunion gig but nothing seems to be happening...
I was gonna get married a while ago, we were going to have a bouncy castle at the party, and have a first bounce instead of a first dance
Standards are ok if they keep you from repeating mistakes you already made, but stuff like 'must earn X amount per year' and 'must be tall and dark' are bullshit.
