So this morning I went into the bathroom to have myself a shower and I noticed that my roommate had left a couple pieces of toilet paper sitting on the ledge next to my toothbrush...so I proceded to pick up the paper to throw it away, and that's when I saw it......it had to have been there for a couple of days because it was stuck ...glued it self to the surface...a soggy used condom..just sitting there stewing in it's own.."juices"....
Naturally I dropped the toilet paper and took a couple horrified steps back. Now I think I'm a pretty nice room mate, Ashley and her boyfriend are always making messes....leaving globs of hair on the floor, in the shower, leaving globs of gum on the kitchen floor, on the side of the trash can instead of IN the trash can. They make food and leave half of it scattered in chunks about the floor and sticky stuff all over the kitchen table...they never clean any of this up....the only thing they ever clean is their dishes. Everything else, they leave for me to clean up after them. It's gross and it's frustrating, but I deal with it......but this....THIS IS WHERE I DRAW THE LINE......I refuse to pick up someone elses dirty old condoms!!!! It's beyond gross, rude and inconsiderate to leave something like that just sitting out! I mean it's unsanitary...it was sitting next to my toothbrush....that goes in my mouth.... ... I don't even know what to think....I just can't believe how obnoxious that is! I mean, really, guys..I'm asking you...after you finish, do you not carefully remove the condom and then dispose of it in a prompt and orderly fashion...I mean..either flushing it or wrapping it up and thowing it in the trash....who just takes it off and throw it on the ledge of someone elses bathroom! I thought this guy was scuzzy and gross before, but he seemed nice enough..ya know besides never cleaning up his and his girlfriend's messes...but this takes the cake.
