Crystal Castles show was a blast in Bowling Green. Not sure if I ever want to trek back to Bowling Green, but I definitely had fun especially with the company I kept! I haven't sweated that much at a show in quite a while. I almost lost my shirt and not on purpose for once.....

iif you wanna stop getting sick when you work out eat light like 2 to 3 hours befor you hit the gym and try not to eat or drink much sugar and make sure you drink plenty of water
