True Stories:
- One of the girls who lives in the apartment below mine runs a bath at 5:30 every morning. On the dot. I can hear it... the suburbs tend to be pretty quiet around that time, oddly enough. Why does she feel the need to have a bath at that exact time every morning? Does she ever take showers? How did this tradition start?
- On Saturday, a couple of mates and I ended up at a very subdued farewell party for an American student I'd never met. We threw glass bottles off the 30th floor apartment the American was living in. They shattered like liquid fireworks all over the ground below. What obnoxious behaviour that was.
- Tom Cruise is a fine actor, when he's not busy being absolutely nuts. Rain Man is brilliant. Magnolia is extraordinary. And Wall Street is fantastic. Cruise wasn't in that, but I just watched it so it's fresh in my mind.
- I really want a digital SLR camera. And some guitar stands. And a big 100 watt Marshall amp. And some new headphones, so I don't look like a walking iPod commercial, minus the U2-soundtracked spasticity. And I really want a trip to the US, especially New York and LA and Portland and the Midwest, just because. I want a robot that does the dishes for me and tidies the house. I want a pet dinosaur.

I manage a craft store, its a family business and Im the one that runs it and basically does everything. We run classes and have hand made gifts and all the stuff for card making and scrapbooking and the likes. Its really rather interesting... at times.
