It's times like these I'm glad I don't have a job or any real responsibility. It's half past four in the morning, I'm listening to Dylan and smoking Marlboro Lights. Yes, yes, how very emo. But how very good.
I bought Dracula by Bram Stoker for $5 at a book fair the other day. Man, I remember why I loved that book when I was younger. Totally owns.
Also bought Twelve by Nick McDonnell, basically because any book that Hunter S. Thompson loves, I'll give a shot. Not a bad little thing, I read about 80 pages in one bus trip. Think Less Than Zero for the 00's. I'm not that in to Less Than Zero though, so this may or may not be a good thing.
Went to the markets (including book fair action) with a Christian girl named Beth. Which is all well and good, she's a nice girl, kinda' rock. Disconcertingly small lips. But regardless of all this, I find it impossible not to take the piss out of her being Christian. No matter how hard I try - which admittedly isn't very hard - I make at least three retarded jokes an hour about her religion.
Really small lips. Really. Not freak small. Just small. But really small.
