Saw Big Bobby Dylan. He was incredible. Highlights included Masters Of War, Nettie Moore and When I Paint My Masterpiece, which is one of my favourite Dylan songs. After the gig, we hit up a dodgy Chinese pub and got really inappropriately drunk for a Wednesday night.
Rory, Alex, Allan and I (the four young men pictured in my last post) went to the Tigers Vs. Rabbitohs game down at Leichhardt Oval on Sunday. Jesus, it was a scorcher. The Rabbitohs absolutely thrashed Wests, and the Tigers fans started wandering out with about 20 minutes to go. Allan caught a game ball and didn't throw it back, and we played tackles and then ate some delicious pasta. Ended up at a disgusting dive of a bar near our old high school.
Got my car repaired by the retards at Lube Mobile. Then it broke down in the middle of the street in Kogarah. Embarrassing, and highly annoying. Got it towed, fiddled with the fuel tube outlet thingo (that's the right term) and now it seems to work.
I'm going to my uncle's wedding in late October. He's marrying a Fijian woman, so all the guys are wearing colourful island shirts and maybe manskirts. Kava will no doubt be the bevvy of choice at the reception. Also in October, I'm seeing motherfucking Justin Timberlake with Brietta. Fantastic.

(I LOVE Timberlake. He's such a fucking good dancer. My boyfriend hates him with a passion... he's just so good, though. SO GOOD.
