mmmmmmm, presenting
the croatian sensation (sandwich):
2 large/jumbo eggs
2 tbsp. milk
2 slices bread
a couple slices turkey
slice of preferrable cheese
tsp/tbsp of bacon bits
dash of garlic salt or finely ground garlic
salt/pepper


beat both eggs in a bowl with some milk (ballpark estimate is 2 tbsp, but it's not like i measure anything ever).
toss in dash of garlic salt and a little salt/pepper to taste.
pour eggs into frying pan over low/medium heat for a good scramble.
toast the bread.
once the eggs start to firm up toss in bacon bits (adding them now instead of sooner prevents them from all grouping together and becoming a bacon ball).
once bread is toasted put turkey slices on.
scoop eggs on top of turkey, making sure to evenly distribute.
place cheese slice on top of eggs (i reccomend american, but there are other good'ns).
close the sandwich with the other toast slice on top of cheese.
