Individuality, Unity and the Role of Government
Governments are to be viewed simultaneously as both the Mother & Father of its citizens. A Platonic bond should form where citizens feel that by listening to their Parents, wisdom and benefit can be gained. It should be viewed that the Role of government is to provide food, shelter and healthcare to all of its people. To Nuture, Rear and Encourage its citizens like all good parents do. To inspire us to achieve more and assist us with our needs. Often times the pride of the individual sufficates the nuturing of those who are currently less fortunate although they themselves would not be fortunate if not for the nuturing they have recieved.
Children are both figuratively and literally under the love and supervision of government whether we admit it or not. Should the individual fail to raise children appropriately they are removed and raised by the state. However in future gorvernments a more direct approach will be applied to ensure children are never endangered through incompetent parents.
ANY and ALL abilities are a responsibility and enforced regulation of duty will be the foundation of prosperity. To be able and not responsible is a crime aginst yourself, your family and your state. Creative freedom, Extensive education and Enforcement of duty is the only way to guarantee a capable adaptive government. One which will Allow the freedom of choice without the ignorance of apathy. In thus respects patching some of the holes of democracy while allowing individuality to exist.
Regulation of all leadership positions through strict higher level education, while allowing equal opportunity to such education coupled with a representative vote by knowledgable officials to leadership positions and the potential veto of such a candidate will lie in a democratic vote "of the people". This structure will apply to most forms of commerce & government.
The removal of A 1/3 vote to intiate a "vote of no confidence" followed by a 2/3 "vote of no confidence" followed by a unanimous vote made from judges taken in equal proportions from the "knowledgable officials" and "the people".
