I've been driving around a lot lately, which gives me ample time to listen to music. Today, I listened to The Crystal Method for about an hour and a half, and doing so while writing this entry actually But I noticed that the beats made me want to drive all fast and reckless-like, so maybe I shouldn't listen to so much electronica when I drive (even when I listen to Mu-Ziq or Aphex Twin, I still get all agressive (although that could be my mind turning into mush...)).

I've been trying to play the piano a lot more as of late. I've never had lessons or anything, so it's taking a while, much like the violin (which is still frustrating me). But I'm determined to learn both instruments. It will help me go into new directions with my music, as I am slowly yet surely doing.

Oh, and I've seen The Last Samurai twice now, and it's still utterly amazing. I love that movie to death. And I cry for the last 10 minutes of the movie the only other movie that has been able to consistantly get to me like that is I am Sam. but yeah, as to the movie... actually, no, i won't talk about it, because it would probably be rather lengthy, and you can read about it in reviews...

only other thing new is that I started playing Virtua Fighter 4 for the first time on Sunday night. I ended up playing for about nine hours straight... it's so addicting...
