well, it's 7am, and another sleepless night has come and gone... i have an 1 1/2 hour drive up to columbus for a the State Championships for Magic: The Gathering (how big of a dork am I? lol 
). I'm going to get my ass handed to me I'm sure. But that's ok... I'm going with a bunch of friends, so it will be fun just to hang out all day, floppin' cards everywhere. And with no sleep... 
oh, and sometime this weekend, I need to describe my horrible performance at open mic night tonight...
it was quite silly, and I've never done that poorly. ever. but I still got a lot of people interested in my music, and they'll be back in two weeks when I perform again. And next time, I'll be prepared... but then again, I've been such a wreck lately that I'm not sure what's going to happen. I could only finish one song. I started four other songs, but couldn't finish them. I'd just totally blank out. Sometimes I forget lyrics, or miss a chord transition, but I can usually fudge it, or just do something else. but tonight, I was just totally fucked for some reason. i don't know what my problem is. well, i take that back, i DO know what my problem is... but I don't know why it's affecting me so much this quarter. but when i can overcome this (bi-polar disorder for those who care), I'll definitely get up and kick some ass
